Buggles centres are open every Monday to Friday but opening hours vary from centre to centre. All centres are closed on public holidays.

We offer before and after school care to a limited number of schools and we also offer free school pick-up and drop-off plus vacation care programs. Staff must be notified of your child’s arrival and children will only be released into the care of their custodial parent or nominated guardian.

Parents must arrive at the Centre with sufficient time to allow staff to give you an update on your child’s day. If you are unavoidably detained and will be late picking up your child you must advise the centre and a late fee may apply if it is after opening hours. If you arrange for another person to pick up your child, you must provide full details of that person to the Centre Manager and they will be required to show photographic identification.

At Buggles we gladly encourage all parents to drop in to visit any one of our centres during our normal opening hours. We will gladly take you on a tour of the centre and our Centre Managers will sit down with you and provide you with all the general information you need to know.

Please note than between the hours of 11.00am and 1.30pm our children are generally sleeping so we encourage you to visit at an alternative time if possible to minimise disruption to the centre. We look forward to welcoming you and your child to your nearest Buggles centre soon.
